I am a proud wife and mother of two beautiful children, Mac (5) and Laura (3). I started my business over 10 years ago after graduating with a degree in photo journalism from the University of Alabama. I was raised in an extremely creative environment so it is no coincidence that I have a passion for the art of photography. I have worked for the Tuscaloosa News, Tuscaloosa Magazine and Alpine Living Magazine and I owe much of my knowledge and skill to the many photographers and mentors that I've been so lucky to have worked with. My approach to photography is a unique blend of photojournalism and classic family portraiture, which I find lends itself well to capturing the swift season of childhood. Being a professional photographer is my childhood dreamcome true and I am so fortunate to be able to share it with you!
